What's Right With This Picture?

A secret special prize goes to the person who comes up with the best explanation for what the hell is going on in this picture. I mean, what is that expression all about? Why are the tins of minted peas and a little bag of lollies wrapped in cellophane? And check those girly purple mittens. Why is it happening on a Melbourne tram? What the hell is going on?

Any suggestions?

Hmm, well, I'm wondering if you won a prize yourself? What with the bows and the sell-oh-phane.

It reminds me of a time when I 'won' a raffle at a bonfire party when I was 15. The prize was a large Ham. I wasn't impressed. Luckily I swapped it for a bottle of Martini with an old lady who didn't drink but happened to like ham.

I much prefer secret special prizes to Tombola wins.

(Oh, and the mittens are very nice.)

Reminds me of a song from Chicago, Lee. You're a brave man, posting this!!

You are acting silly because you were hanging out with a very silly person? Did you happen to leave the 'prize' on a bench for some lovely homeless people?

Right. Okay. Hmm. Secret special prize...

That is uncanny and a bit weird, Isabelle. Were you there on the night? Were you there in the theatre when I collected my winnings? Ham would have been nice, but I got tinned peas. Lovely funny touch to a very cool night.

Why brave, Genevieve? A Viking is a Viking, even if you put mittens on him. I am a rampaging Viking (with girly purple mittens).

Kat - you clearly have inside information. No Secret special prize for you.
